Day 3 - 9:45 pm

:'(

Total sabotage of my diet! See this is what happens when weekends hit us.... huge chocolate pastry with ice cream, shared between me and my hubby!

I limited my dinner intake to just a little spicy chicken from my son's plate... but then dessert compensated for everything I didnt eat these 2 days! I am so disappointed right now... Am sure it will show on the scale tomorrow.. Shows I have zero will power... I just couldnt say no to it... it looked so yummmm, and it was ;)

Well thats my day 3... lets see how day 4 goes! how did you guys do??

  2. hi dear as much as i should be motivating you here is some bad news :( I just gave into a craving too. I got this interesting cheese paratha recipe from my mother and just could not keep myself from trying it out :(

  3. look at the +ve side..since u wer dietin u cud have the ice cream..if u wer eatin normally the ice cream wud have added to the calories ;)

    btb y dnt u try green tea..heard its good..i used to have it..but then i stopped in between..try it daily in the mornin. its good for ur skin n for losing weight too!!!

  4. remya, a piece of cheese paratha hasnt done anything to your weight,i am sure. give in to cravings once in a while , its ok. :)
    susan, i have green tea once in a while in the morning. just that now i have only water. maybe i will start with the green tea again.
